Why some patients are difficult to numb

After the 2nd DOCS course yesterday, I feel like an article needs to be written about why certain patients have a hard time getting numb and how to get them numb. After the course, I feel like each of these problem patients can be figured out if we know enough about their health history and their meds. I'd love to get this article posted on www.comfortacademy.org.
